Our Urine Chemistry Test

At Home Diagnostics we are able to provide you with a mid stream urine chemistry and culture by post. This test has been validated by our laboratory to produce accurate results. The kit supplied is a licensed medical device and contains boric acid flakes to preserve the sample in transit.

How do we get your test to you?

Your kit will be sent to you by Royal Mail. You can choose the exact service you want - including Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees the kit to arrive the next day so long as the order is received before the daily cut-off point.

Is the Packaging discreet?

All packaging that we use is extremely discreet. There is no mention of us on the outside of the packaging so no one will have any idea of what is inside the envelope.

The reply-paid return package is included as part of the service. This is returned to us using RM24 Tracked, which can be posted in any street mailbox with the NHS collection logo.

How will I get my results back?

Your results will be interpreted by a doctor and made available on your patient dashboard.

How long will my results take?

Your results will normally be available within 24 - 48 hours of the sample arriving back at the laboratory.
