All orders received before 3.00pm pm Monday to Friday and 11.00 am on a Saturday will be despatched that day by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on your preference.

£6.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery

Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 7 days of dispatch for a refund. If you have already carried out the test within these 7 days, you no longer have the right to cancel. Postage fees are not refundable and there is a £5.00 kit restocking fee.

You statutory rights are not affected.

Your Home Diagnostics test will arrive quickly and may be as simple as a finger-prick or urine sample - nothing to worry about.

2. Send it to our lab

Just pop your sample in the post (shipping is prepaid) and it will be analysed by experts at a top UK testing laboratory.

3. Get your results

We'll let you know the outcome quickly and match you with a friendly GP who will carefully interpret the results for you.
