How does the service work?


Simply place your order on our website. The self-collect kit will be sent to you by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Royal Mail Special Delivery - it is your choice which one. RM24 tracked usually arrives the next day, Special Delivery is guaranteed for next day.

Take the sample as directed and send it back to our laboratory in the box provided with the RM24 Tracked label that is pre-paid by us. The kit can be sent from any UK post box.

Test results on this panel take 2 days to process. A doctor will interpret your results for you and provide further advice in the event of a positive result.

Can I rely on the results as being accurate?

The sample is processed in one of the UK's leading pathology laboratories (TDL Pathology) used by both the NHS and private hospitals and clinics. The lab report will detail the accredited laboratory. You have the added assurance of your results being given to you by a GMC registered doctor.
