Everything went without a hitch. Kit arrived the day after I ordered it. Simple instructions. In the post the same day and had my lab report 2 days later. I cannot fault this service. The price was very competitive too!

My sample was delayed with Royal Mail. They let me know that the sample was received outside the viability window and they repeated it free of charge. While inconvenient, this was outside their control and they were proactive in offering a solution. I accept things go wrong with the best of companies occasionally, but I judge a service on how they respond to these difficult situations, hence 5 stars.

I received my result on time and the lab report was sufficiently detailed with the information I was seeking. Would recommended.

I have used Home Diagnostics for a few things. There is so much I like about this service, but the fact they are open 7 days a week and evenings is a massive plus for me. As is the fact you get your results from a named doctor. This test was easy to use (just like the others) and results were on time.

This was a really excellent service. I had failed to follow the instructions correctly first time (my own fault) and they were super helpful in getting the test run again. I doubt every company would be this understanding.

I needed a urine culture as my dipstick test was saying I didn't have UTI. I knew something was wrong and Home Diagnostics got to the bottom of it. They identified the organism and what antibiotic would cure me. This was a perfect alternative to my GP and it was a lot quicker too. Highly recommend for a professional service.

Second time using this service. Highly professional and quick results. I like the fact they share the full lab report with you and give an explanation. Customer service was also really helpful when I had a question at the start.

This was a great service and so much quicker than my over-worked GP practice. I received the kit, produced the sample and had my results from one of their doctors within the space of 2 days. This is definitely the way forward
