I really do not like having to pay for anything related to healthcare - what do I pay taxes for?? But I could not wait 2 weeks for the NHS to get my results. This was worth the money I have to say.. Despite hating paying, I would use them again if I need to.

Must faster than the NHS! I would use again. I had my result the same day they received my sample. Everything was extremely easy.

I really liked this service. The website is easy to use and well laid out. The kit arrived the next day and results were also quick (same day they received my sample in my case). Also, it was reassuring to have the actual laboratory sheet with an interpretation from a UK doctor. I needed treatment and although it is done via a different website, it was a pretty seamless service and arrived the next day.
