Login or registration problems

Please check that you have entered your email address and password correctly. Return to the login page to try again, or you can use the password reset process. If you have entered your details correctly your login may have failed because our site requires that your browser accepts 'cookies' (see section below).

If you have followed the instructions below and still are unable to login, please report the problem.

Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by the website to ensure that only authenticated users have access to protected areas. When you log out of the website, or shut your browser, these files are deleted from your computer.  The way to check whether your browser allows cookies depends on the type of browser that you are using:

Internet Explorer 5.5 or earlier
  1. Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options from the Tools menu
  2. Click on the Security Tab
  3. Select the Internet Zone and press the Custom Level Button
  4. Scroll down the list looking for the Cookies section
  5. Ensure that 'Allow per-session cookies' are enabled
  6. Press OK twice to return to this screen
  7. Shut all browser windows and try again

Internet Explorer 6
  1. Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options from the Tools menu
  2. Click on the Privacy Tab
  3. The Privacy setting must be no higher than 'Medium High'
  4. Click 'Apply' and then 'OK' to return to this screen
  5. Shut all browser windows and try again

Internet Explorer 7
  1. Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options from the Tools menu
  2. Click on the Privacy Tab
  3. In the section labeled Settings, click the Advanced... button
  4. In the Advanced Privacy Settings window, make sure the check box labeled 'Override automatic cookie handling' is NOT checked
  5. Click OK in the Advanced Privacy Settings window
  6. Click OK in the Internet Options window

AOL User?

If you are trying to access the secure part of our website using the AOL browser you may have problems, please use another browser (we recommend Chrome, Edge Safari or Firefox).

  1. Open AOL and connect to the Internet as usual
  2. Minimise the AOL browser (right click in title bar of window and select Minimize)
  3. Double click the Internet Explorer desktop icon or Start > Programs > Internet Explorer
  4. Access our website by typing http://www.homediagnostics.co.uk/ in the address box
  5. or copy and paste the URL from the registration email we sent you
